Celtic and Hearts fans react on Twitter to Danny Wilson's performance against Rangers

Celtic and Hearts fans were far from impressed with Danny Wilson's display against Rangers.

Hearts may have wrapped up the Scottish Championship title, but they came unstuck at Ibrox today as Rangers defeated them 2-1.

Goals from Kenny Miller and Haris Vuckic gave Rangers a 2-0 lead, and even after Lee McCulloch was sent off, Hearts could only salvage a late consolation through striker Genero Zeefuik.

The result means Rangers are three points clear of third placed Hibernian, and also gives them three wins in a row under new manager Stuart McCall.

The game was also of interest to Celtic fans, given that confirmed target Danny Wilson was captaining Hearts against his former club.

Bhoys boss Ronny Deila confirmed to Sky Sports that he was interested in signing centre back Wilson this summer, with the ex-Liverpool youngster skippering Hearts to the Scottish Championship title.

However, Celtic fans were not impressed the 23-year-old's display against Rangers, with many pleading with Deila to ignore Wilson and use players already at his disposal instead.

Meanwhile, Hearts fans were also critical of Wilson, saying that they hoped Celtic would sign him and take him off their hands this summer.

Here are some of the reactions from Celtic and Hearts fans after Wilson's performance against Rangers...
