Tottenham have been linked with a move to sign Juventus defender Angelo Ogbonna.
According to Tuttosport, Tottenham are looking at the possibility of signing Juventus defender Angelo Ogbonna this summer.
Spurs have the likes of Eric Dier, Federico Fazio and Jan Vertonghen in the ranks, but manager Mauricio Pochettino may well be looking for a new centre back this summer if Younes Kaboul leaves.
It now seems that Italian international Ogbonna is on their radar, with Juventus reportedly willing to sell the former Torino star this summer.
Ogbonna, 26, was highly regarded as one of Italy's best young talents whilst with Torino, and eventually left the club in order to join Turin rivals Juve in 2013.
Yet with the likes of Giorgio Chiellini, Andrea Barzagli and Leonardo Bonucci for competition, Ogbonna has rarely featured this season, starting just 12 Serie A games.
According to Tuttosport, that means Juve are willing to sell Ogbonna this summer, and will consider offers should they receive any bids for him.
That will allegedly be music to the ears of Tottenham, with Tuttosport suggesting that Pochettino is looking to sign Obonna as well as his Juve team-mate Fernando Llorente in a possible double-deal.
They do note that Bundesliga clubs are also monitoring his situation, but Ogbonna is said to be intrigued by the Premier League - giving Tottenham hope of a deal if they are indeed interested in his signature.
