Kevin Kilbane still thinks QPR will go down despite wonder win

The BBC Pundit feels QPR, Leicester and Burnley are still set for the drop.

Kevin Kilbane feels Queens Park Rangers and Leicester City will still suffer relegation this season despite an encouraging weekend for either side, according to BBC Football.

Leicester beat West Ham 2-1 at the King Power Stadium on Saturday afternoon, although QPR will perhaps feel most aggrieved by Kilbane's comments after their incredible 4-1 win at West Brom.

Goals from Eduardo Vargas, Bobby Zamora (great goals at that), Charlie Austin and Joey Barton sealed the remarkable result.

But the BBC pundit told Final Score nonetheless: "It was looking last week that it could 33 or 34 points but I think 35 points will probably keep teams up. I feel the current bottom three will still go down."

Can QPR prove Kilbane wrong?

Next up for the R's is a trip to Aston Villa and, judging by their West Brom hammering, a win is more than possible there.

After that are two tough home ties, however, against Premier League leaders Chelsea and then West Ham United.

Then, QPR face visits to Liverpool and Manchester City, before hosting Newcastle United and finishing the campaign on a potentially mammoth clash at Leicester City.

This, though, was only Chris Ramsey's side's second win since Harry Redknapp left the club - and the R's' second away win all season. But playing like they did against West Brom every game will certainly give QPR a fighting chance...
