Jamie Redknapp has told Sky Sports that Tottenham Hotspur will win against Burnley away from home in the Premier League today.
The former Liverpool and Tottenham midfielder believes that the North London outfit will clinch the contest 2-1, and backs Harry Kane to score the first goal.
“I am going to go for a Tottenham win here, only just,” Redknapp told Sky Sports. “I think it will be a tight affair, but they have got that quality - the likes of (Christian) Eriksen.
“I am sure that Sean Dyche will be thinking that maybe with the international break, they could be a little bit tied, both mentally and physically.
“But I am going for a Tottenham 2-1 win, and that man Harry Kane, who just keeps on scoring and keeps delivering those goals, to score the first goal.
Could Jamie Redknapp’s prediction come true?
Tottenham will not find it easy against Burnley today, but they should still be considered favourites to pick up all three points at Turf Moor.
England international striker Kane has been in superb form this season, and one should not be surprised if he scores against Burnley - not once, but even twice.
Burnley should not be taken lightly as they will give their all against Spurs, but anything other than a win for the visitors will come as a surprise.
