Confirmed: Chelsea and Stoke City line-ups

Chelsea Stand

Here is how Chelsea and Stoke City will line up for this afternoon’s match:

Chelsea welcome Stoke City to Stamford Bridge on Saturday evening as Jose Mourinho’s men look to move another step closer to the Premier League title.

Stoke manager Mark Hughes knows Chelsea very well from his time there and this will be an interesting encounter that could go either way.

Chelsea are currently six points clear at the top of the table with a game in hand, but the Blues will know they have to keep winning to keep some in-form sides below them at bay.

As for Stoke, they are 10th in the table and have no worries heading into the final few matches, but they could still finish as high as eighth and will want to dent Chelsea’s title hopes this weekend.

That will be easier said than done, with Stoke failing to score in six of their last seven league matches against today’s opponents. But the Potters have lost only five of their last 16 matches in the top flight, meaning they will be taken very seriously by Chelsea.
