Sheffield Wednesday played out a 1-1 draw with Huddersfield Town at home in the Championship today.

Sheffield Wednesday forward Caolan Lavery has taken to social networking site Twitter to express his disappointment at the side’s failure to win against Huddersfield Town at home today.

Wednesday took the lead against Huddersfield at Hillsborough, but they conceded just minutes later to play out a 1-1 draw in the Championship clash.

Substitute Sergiu Bus put the Owls ahead in the 86th minute when he scrambled home Marnick Vermijl's cross from close range.

However, just three minutes later, Ishmael Miller equalised for Huddersfield, when he fired home after collecting a knock-down from James Vaughan.

After full time, Lavery, who started the match and played for 74 minutes, posted the following message on Twitter.

Wednesday had 59% of the possession, took 14 shots, of which five were on target, and earned four corners.

Meanwhile, visiting Huddersfield had 41% of the possession, took only four shots, of which three were on target, and earned just two corners.

Wednesday are currently 12th in the Championship table with 54 points from 40 matches.
