Not for the first time, Tottenham supporters were full of praise for 21-year-old Alex Pritchard on Friday afternoon.
The Brentford loanee didn't have his strongest game of the season against Fulham, with some commenting on an unusual sloppiness to start off with.
But the Spurs man grew into the game nonetheless and ended up delivering another stellar performance before being taken off in the second half, with an assist to his name as standard.
Brentford were 4-1 winners over bitter rivals Fulham in the end, an embarrassing result for the home team. And, while there were a number of heroes for the Bees, Pritchard certainly played his part.
Brentford fans were delighted with the 21-year-old and so too, once again, were Tottenham supporters.
There are now more calls than ever for Pritchard to be selected in Mauricio Pochettino's first team next season - although that is no new theme considering his displays throughout the Championship campaign.
So more misery for Fulham, then, was intertwined with yet more Brentford success at Craven Cottage. But Tottenham were also winners. Is Pritchard a dead cert for a place in the Spurs squad next term?
