The former Tottenham youngster has netted on debut for Burton Albion and Cheltenham Town this year.
Amid the Mario Balotelli gamble, Emre Can shrewdness and general pillaging of Southampton FC one Liverpool signing might have slipped you by this summer.
They snapped up former Tottenham under-19 captain Kevin Stewart on a free transfer. The defender had been released by Spurs in the summer but he got another chance at Premier League football at the club he supported as a boy.
The presence of former Tottenham youth coach Alex Inglethorpe at Liverpool was likely a huge factor in his arrival and the former Crewe loanee arrived with the hope of proving himself in the Liverpool first-team.
But the former Spurs talent does not look like making it at Liverpool. He is out of contract in the summer and is not looking like making it into the first-team at the club.
With that in mind Liverpool loaned him out to Burton Albion for a month at the end of last month.
Today he made his first appearance for the League Two side and, like he did on loan at Cheltenham Town earlier this year, he scored on his debut for Burton today.
He netted against Plymouth Argyle at Home Park this afternoon, giving Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's promotion chasing side a lead.
The 21-year-old star has now scored on two debuts this calendar year. Hopefully that will be enough to convince Liverpool to give him another contract.
