Atletico Madrid striker Raul Jimenez has started to see more minutes over the past few weeks, as manager Diego Simeone tried to rotate his forwards over the final stretch of the season.
However, after Simeone sees this video of Raul Jimenez while training with Mexico this past week, the Argentine may be tempted to play the talented 23-year-old a lot more if he keeps scoring goals like this one.
Jimenez's goal was met by thunderous applause from his teammates on the touchline, as the volleyed goal landed just under the cross bar.
Jimenez came close to scoring another brilliant goal on Tuesday evening in Mexico's 1-0 win over Paraguay, but it was stopped by the opposing goalkeeper, who pulled off a remarkable save.
Despite not scoring for Mexico, Jimenez has shown that he is just starting to hit his stride and will become an invaluable asset to Simeone as they try to replicate last season's Champions League success.
The Mexican has scored just one goal and provided one assist in La Liga play this season, having made 16 appearances but only playing less than 500 minutes.
