The Dutch international has returned to Newcastle from international duty.
Football fans rejoice, the international break is over. That means the Premier League is back along with all the trimmings.
Fans are of course delighted to have their league and their respective clubs back in action. One such team will be Newcastle United.
One Newcastle player who is clearly excited to get back at the office is Tim Krul. The Dutch stopper has been away with the Netherlands national team this week, but is now on his way back.
He Tweeted this picture and message earlier to his followers on the site:
Krul did not feature in either of Holland's ties on the international break, a 1-1 draw with Turkey and a 2-0 win against Spain.
Which means he will be fresh and ready for a crunch fixture in the North East.
Newcastle are of course taking on their local rivals Sunderland at the Stadium of Light on Easter Sunday, where festivities are likely to be kept to a minimum.
Newcastle will be pleased that Krul is on the way back in one piece considering the amount of injuries that tend to occur on these international breaks. He will be vital to their chances in this intense Tyne-Wear clash.
