Tottenham Hotspur have no interest in signing Simone Zaza from Napoli, according to a report in the London Evening Standard.
Zaza was said to figure prominently on Tottenham's summer wishlist, but reports today suggest that he is not wanted by Mauricio Pochettino.
The Argentine doesn't feel that Zaza is the right fit at White Hart Lane and favours other strikers across the European leagues.
One of these potential options, according to talkSPORT, is Juventus striker Fernando Llorente.
The Spaniard is said to be Tottenham's top-priority in the summer, as Pochettino looks to strengthen his forward line.
Llorente has scored seven times in 32 games this campaign and Tottenham feel that he is the perfect fit for their current system.
Spurs are on the look-out for a potent frontman, but they need someone who is more than just a goalscorer, and Pochettino thinks Llorente's link-up play could be valuable to the team.
If Llorente does join Spurs, he will be in competition with Harry Kane for a place up front and he will have to be at the very top of his game to dislodge the 21-year-old fans' favourite, who has scored a remarkable 29 goals to date this season.
