A round up of news stories this morning related to Tottenham Hotspur.

Arsenal attacker Theo Walcott has been quoted by the Daily Mirror issuing a warning to in-form Tottenham striker Harry Kane.

Walcott experienced exposure to the England ranks at an early age, going to the World Cup with the senior side as a 16-year-old.

He’s warned Kane not to be overwhelmed by what playing well for England can do for his career.

“You need to make sure it doesn’t go to your head. Harry is not that sort of guy. He’s very nice and down to earth. Just play your football, that’s all you need to do,” said Walcott.

Aston Villa midfielder Fabian Delph has hinted in the Daily Star that he will vote for Kane as the Player of the Year.

Kane has been in terrific form over the course of the season, with 29 goals across all competitions at club level with Tottenham.

If he wins the award, he’ll beat some very expensive and high profile rivals to the title.

“He's still young and he's still got time to progress but he'll keep his feet on the ground and he'll start pushing on. I think he'd get my vote for player of the year,” said Delph.

The Daily Mail has reported that Tottenham’s Harry Kane is set to make a final decision over whether he’ll play for the England under-21s this summer.

Kane is reportedly at a crossroads with Gareth Southgate wanting him to represent the under-21s while Tottenham are thought to want him to rest over the summer.

The paper claims that Mauricio Pochettino has urged him to press on and make a decision on the matter.
