Confirmed: France v Denmark line-ups

Didier Deschamps

This is how France and Denmark will line up for the friendly international in Saint-Etienne, featuring Arsenal and Southampton stars...

France will be looking to return to winning ways when they take on Denmark at home in a friendly international this evening.

Didier Deschamps’s side suffered a 3-1 defeat to South American giants Brazil in Paris on Thursday despite taking the lead.

The 1998 World Cup winners do not have any competitive fixture until the summer of 2016, as they are the hosts of the 2016 European Championship.

Meanwhile, Denmark are doing well in their qualifying campaign for Euro 2016, currently finding themselves at the top of Group I with seven points from four matches.

Morten Olsen’s side will head into tonight’s game on the back of a 3-2 win against the USA in another friendly international.

The Danes got the better of the Americans at Atletion in Aarhus, thanks to a hat-trick from former Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner, who is currently on the books of German Bundesliga club VfL Wolfsburg.

It promises to be an exciting game at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard in Saint-Etienne, and this is how France and Denmark will line up:

France XI: Ruffier; Jallet, Varane, Koscielny, Tremoulinas; Schneiderlin, Payet; Kondogbia; Lacazette, Giroud, Griezmann

Denmark XI: Schmeichel, Wass, Kjaer, Sviatchenko, Boilesen, Jacobsen, Kvist, Krohn-Dehli, Eriksen, Bendtner, Vibe
