The Tottenham striker took less than two minutes to bag his first goal for England.
The dream season continues for Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane. He scored his 33rd goal in all competitions for club and country this term, less than 80 seconds after entering the field on his England debut.
He headed home at the back post after some marvellous wing-play from Liverpool trailblazer Raheem Sterling. Despite the best efforts of Giedrius Arlauskis, who was perhaps Lithuania's only shining light in a woeful performance.
The 4-0 win was certainly justified from the England team, who dominated proceedings, but the icing on the cake was undoubtedly the goal from Kane - who is fast becoming a club talisman as well as a national hero.
The 21-year-old's star is continuing to rise and it was certainly not missed by plenty of current footballers on Twitter.
He received a special message from his current Tottenham team-mate Nacer Chadli, who is away on international duty himself with Belgium.
Plenty of others also got in on the act.
Kane will now be hoping to get them Tweeting once again after a night in Turin come Tuesday...
