Ruben Lameiras has taken to social networking site Twitter to say a fond farewell to everyone at Tottenham Hotspur.
The midfielder has left the North London outfit for Swedish club Atvidabergs, as announced on Spurs’ official website on Thursday.
Lameiras moved to Tottenham’s academy in July 2011 and signed a professional contract with the Premier League club in July 2014.
The youngster made eight appearances including five starts in the Under-21 Premier League for Tottenham this season, scoring once in the process.
Earlier this evening, Lameiras made the following post on Twitter as a farewell message to everyone he has worked with at Tottenham.

Tottenham are currently fifth in the Under-21 Premier League table with 24 points from 16 matches, just three points behind leaders Manchester United.
The Tottenham first team are also trailing their United counterparts in the ‘senior’ Premier League standings.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side are currently seventh in the league table with 53 points from 30 matches, six points behind the Red Devils, who are fourth.
