England’s under-19 side play their first game of the international break this evening when they take on Denmark.
The under-19 side has a very talented bunch of players who will all be looking to make a big impression on their coaches at national level, but also at domestic level with managers all over the country likely to be watching this game.
Denmark could find it difficult to cope with the quality considering the likes of Leeds United midfielder Lewis Cook are among this group.
If England can play well this afternoon, it allows the coach to make a couple of changes looking ahead to the next game to ensure that all of his key players get game time during the international hiatus.
Fingers crossed everyone selected makes it through this game without any injury problems or other issues, because club sides are facing very difficult ends to the season for a variety of reasons.
Pride, commitment and passion are what the under-19 side needs to show and if they are consistent, they will be a very tough side to beat.
