Christopher Dennis, a prime broker with Deutsche Bank in London, is leaving after eight years to join a hedge-fund startup, according to two people with knowledge of the matter.

Bloomberg News reports that Dennis is joining the firm being established by former Citadel Investment Group and Naya Management money manager Bruce Emery, the people said on Tuesday, asking not to be identified because the information is private. 

In the meantime, Bloomberg also reports that Josh Rubinson, who worked as an investment-grade bond trader at Goldman Sachs, has left the firm to join debt market TruMid Financial, according to people familiar with the matter.

Rubinson, who was named a Goldman Sachs managing director in 2011, left the bank Tuesday, according to the people, who asked not to be identified because they weren’t authorized to speak publicly.
