Kaka played with the Germany international playmaker at Spanish giants Madrid and is currently on the books of the Major League Soccer outfit Orlando City.
The 32-year-old Brazil international has remained in touch with Ozil, who joined Arsenal from Madrid in the summer of 2013.
“They joke with me saying, ‘Come and play for Chelsea or Arsenal’ but I am so happy here in Orlando,” the former AC Milan star told The Daily Mail.
Kaka is one of the most decorated players in world football, and in his first spell at Milan, he was easily one of the best attacking midfielders on the planet.
Now, though, the Brazilian is past his best, his time at Madrid proving to be unsuccessful and so was his second spell at Milan.
Given that Oscar, Luis and Willian are Brazilian, they would surely want to have Kaka in their team, but one suspects that Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is unlikely to bring the player he used so sparingly at Madrid.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is also unlikely to make a move for the Brazilian attacker anytime soon, as much as Ozil would love to be reunited with him at the Emirates Stadium.
