According to Brazilian newspaper Zero Hora, Arsenal are keeping an eye on Internacional midfielder Charles Aranguiz ahead of the summer transfer window.
Aranguiz, 25, has long been highly-rated, but has yet to make the move to Europe, instead staying in South America with Cobreloa, Cobresal, Colo-Colo, Quilmes, Universidad de Chile and now Brazilian side Internacional.
A hard-working midfielder with great ability on the ball, Aranguiz can play in front of the back four and further forward too, so it's little surprise to read that there is alleged interest in him.
Zero Hora believe that Arsenal have been watching Aranguiz since the World Cup last summer - and could make a move to sign him this summer.
Of course, Aranguiz starred at the World Cup for Chile in 2014, playing a key role alongside current Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez in Jorge Sampaoli's side.
In this image, Aranguiz is seen celebrating with Sanchez after the opening goal against Australia at the World Cup, where Aranguiz's burst into the box ended in Sanchez putting Chile 1-0 up in a game which finished 3-1.
If Arsenal do make a move for Aranguiz this summer, they would be reuniting him with Sanchez at the Emirates Stadium - and fans would be hoping to see the pair celebrating more goals together after their exploits on the international scene together.
