Arsenal legend Thierry Henry says he has been impressed by Phillipe Coutinho.
In his column in The Sun on Sunday, former French international Henry was effusive in his praise for the Brazilian.
He said: "Philippe Coutinho has been THE guy in the Premier League recently. He has been outstanding, scoring goals, helping out with assists. I love him as a player."
Coutinho has had a terrific 2015, scoring in big game matches away to Southampton and at home to Manchester City.
He was unfortunately though unable to positively impact the huge game against Manchester United at the weekend, with Liverpool losing 2-1 at Anfield to a Juan Mata brace.

The match was one of his least effective home games of the season, with just one chance created and 11 passes in the final third of the pitch.
It showed that even the best players in the league have their off days, and could put to an end the suggestion he should win player of the season, as put forward by Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers, quoted by ESPN.
Henry is not the only big name admirer of Coutinho, Brazilian legend Pele had told SkySports of his admiration for the player who it must not be forgotten is still on 22.
