Gary Madine scored at the weekend for Blackpool to keep their faint chances of survival in the Championship alive.
Relegation is realistically very likely for the Tangerines, but the players showed in a 1-1 draw against in form Leeds United that they are not going to go down without a battle.
Madine's goal also brought joy to fans of his parent club Sheffield Wednesday, from who he signed on loan with on February 10. He had previously been farmed out to League One side Coventry City.
The 24-year-old striker has now scored three goal in nine appearance for Blackpool since his move.
He had failed to score for the Owls in 10 Championship games earlier in the season, but he only played 90 minutes in one of these.
Wednesday have struggled to score goals this campaign, although weren't lacking firepower with their own late comeback at the weekend, winning 3-2 against Rotherham, netting two goals in injury time.
Despite that late drama, Madine's goal did not go unnoticed, particularly as it was scored against Yorkshire rivals Leeds, and allowed them to leapfrom the Whites in the table as a result of the game ending a draw.
