The Leeds striker was speaking after the 1-1 draw at Blackpool.
The Leeds striker had grown an iconic beard earlier this campaign before shaving it clean off; as of late, though, it is making a return...
And, after his side's 1-1 draw at Blackpool on Saturday afternoon, the 30-year-old also discussed his recently-born baby and his plans for the international break (he will head home to Italy).
He said: "During the international break, I will return home and, when I come back, I will prepare better for the end of the season.
"The baby is good - and the beard is growing again!"
Naturally, Antenucci broke out a laugh after his charismatic claim. Should Leeds' opponents fear the beard? They may certainly be wary of the Italian himself, who has now scored two in two for the Yorkshire side - and is the first Leeds man to reach 10 goals this Championship season.
Reflecting on his tenth, he admitted the circumstances didn't make it easy for him on a difficult Bloomfield Road pitch: "It was difficult to play on this pitch and, for us and for them, it's not simple. This match is much different to our others. The match wasn't good."
The 30-year-old nevertheless delivered for Neil Redfearn's side, who earned another point on their travels - even though this was a departure from their recent trend of winning every single away match.
It's a home clash up next for Leeds, as Blackburn Rovers travel to Elland Road. Their next away trip, meanwhile, sees them take on Wolves at Molineux.
