Lord Sugar has been singing the praises of Tottenham Hotspur playmaker Christian Eriksen on social networking site Twitter.
The 23-year-old was once again in impressive form on Saturday, as the North London outfit overcame Leicester City 4-3 at White Hart Lane.
Although star striker Harry Kane has captured all the headlines with his hat-trick in the Premier League encounter, Eriksen played an important role.
The former Ajax star had three shots, a pass accuracy of 75%, put in three crosses, attempted two dribbles and made two blocks.
Former Tottenham chairman Lord Sugar was impressed with what he saw of Eriksen against Leicester and made the following comment on Twitter.
Spurs will do well to hold on to Eriksen next season .He's a great player some of dummies playing with him can't capitalise on his skill— Lord Sugar (@Lord_Sugar) March 21, 2015
Eriksen is one of the best attacking midfielders in Europe, and his stock has risen this campaign due to his impressive performances.
Given Tottenham’s history of selling their best players - remember Dimitar Berbatov, Luka Modric and Gareth Bale? - it would not really come as a surprise if Eriksen is sold for big money in the summer.
However, for Spurs to establish themselves as a Champions League club, they cannot afford to let go of Eriksen.
