Jose Enrique tweets ahead of Liverpool v Manchester United showdown

Liverpool will host Manchester United at Anfield in the Premier League this afternoon.

Liverpool defender Jose Enrique has taken to social networking site Twitter to rally his teammates to beat Manchester United this afternoon.

The Reds will host United at Anfield today in what promises to be a hugely entertaining and fiercely competitive Premier League encounter.

Brendan Rodgers’s side will head into the match placed fifth in the league table with 54 points from 29 matches, just two points behind United, who are fourth.

Ahead of today’s big game, Liverpool left-back Enrique posted the following message on Twitter earlier this morning, making it clear what is at stake:

Liverpool will probably head into the game as favourites, having been unbeaten at home in the Premier League so far in 2015.

The Merseyside outfit are also the most in-form team in the English top flight at the moment, and they will certain fancy their chances of picking up all three points today.

The Reds have gone 13 Premier League games without defeat and have picked up 26 points from a possible 30 since January 1.
