The Manchester United flop is in great form for Palace.
Wilfried Zaha was one of the last signings Sir Alex Ferguson made at Manchester United. His arrival was one of the many pieces he put into place at the club to build toward a bright future after he left.
But the Londoner failed to live up to expectations at Old Trafford. Fergie left, leaving Zaha in the hands of David Moyes. Moyes was not a big fan of the player and it never clicked for him at United.
He was loaned out to former club Crystal Palace, where he has been a real hit this season.
Palace agreed to bring him back permanently in the winter window. Zaha signed a five-and-a-half year deal back with The Eagles in what BBC Sport reported was a £3 million move, quite a considerable loss from the Red Devils.
Zaha has been in great form recently. He has scored two in two games and is finally looking like the player Palace fans knew he could become.
One man clearly happy about that is Palace chairman Steve Parish.
He posted this picture and message on his Instagram earlier today, clearly showing his adoration for the one-time England winger.
