Confirmed: QPR v Everton lineups

Here is how QPR and Everton will line-up for today's game at Loftus Road.

QPR look to end a run of four straight defeats when they host Everton this afternoon, with Chris Ramsey attempting to keep the club in the top flight.

The R's sit four points adrift of safety and really need to start picking up wins sooner rather than later if they are to survive in the Premier League.

Ramsey has again gone with a 4-4-2 system, with pace out wide in Matt Phillips and Junior Hoilett providing the ammunition for star striker Charlie Austin.

Meanwhile, Everton were thumped by Dynamo Kiev in the Europa League in midweek, and Roberto Martinez will be desperate to see a reaction from his players after that 5-2 defeat in Ukraine.

Martinez has chosen to start both Arouna Kone and Romelu Lukaku up front, so he could well match that 4-4-2 system with Aaron Lennon and Leon Osman out wide.

The Toffees are six points clear of the relegation zone but aren't safe just yet, so this could be a pivotal game in the battle for survival.
