Tottenham Hotspur striker Roberto Soldado has taken to social networking site Twitter to revel in teammate Harry Kane’s heroics against Leicester City on Saturday.
Kane scored his first Premier League hat-trick, as Spurs staged a thrilling 4-3 victory over Leicester City at White Hart Lane.
The 21-year-old found the target in the sixth, 13th and 64th minutes of the encounter, and once again showcased his quality.
The English youngster’s performance against Leicester impressed his teammate Roberto Soldado, who missed Saturday’s game due to a knee injury.
The Spain international was following the match, and he had a simple message for Kane.
Tottenham legend Gary Lineker was also following the match at White Hart Lane, and he was hugely impressed with Kane, who was called up to the England senior squad last week.
Seems the England call up for @hkane28 has proved too much for him. It took him more than 5 minutes to score against Leicester.— Gary Lineker (@GaryLineker) March 21, 2015

England have scored a try already. I think it may have been Harry Kane.— Gary Lineker (@GaryLineker) March 21, 2015
Kane has now scored 19 goals and created 20 chances in 26 Premier League appearances, while having a pass accuracy of 76% and a shot accuracy of 61%.
Tottenham are currently seventh in the Premier League table with 53 points from 30 matches, just three points behind fourth-placed Manchester United, who have played a fewer game.
