Leeds United are back on a winning-run that could yet see them finish the season very well indeed.
Neil Redfearn’s side have won three of their last four matches and they will want to extend that to four in five when they take on bottom club Blackpool this afternoon.
Leeds defeated Fulham 3-0 last time out while Blackpool lost by the same score-line to Charlton Athletic, but Redfearn’s men will not be taking anything for granted.
Perhaps Leeds' most impressive recent statistic is the fact they have won five of their last six away matches, proving a match for anyone even away from Elland Road.
Blackpool may be 10 points adrift at the bottom of the Championship but they are undefeated in their last four home games and have won two of them.
For that reason alone they will go into this match quietly confident despite their league position suggesting otherwise.
Leeds won the reserve fixture 3-1 earlier this season but only time will tell if they can make it a double over Lee Clark’s side.
