West Ham v Sunderland predicted lineups - Advocaat reign begins

West Ham host Sunderland in the Premier League on Saturday evening.

To be played on Saturday 21st March 2015 at 17:30. Venue: Boleyn Ground, London

Odds: West Ham 17/20, Draw 5/2, Sunderland 10/3

West Ham United will look to end their terrible run of form when they face Sunderland at Upton Park on Saturday.

The Hammers have won just one of the last 12 Premier League games, and are coming off a 3-0 defeat to Arsenal.

This weekend, Sam Allardyce can welcome back defender Carl Jenkinson to his side after being ineligible to face parent club Arsenal, but a number of key players are still missing.

Winston Reid, James Tomkins, Andy Carroll and Enner Valencia are all still injured and won't face Sunderland this weekend.

The Black Cats appointed Dick Advocaat as their new manager on Tuesday, and he takes charge of his first game against the Hammers.

After a 4-0 defeat to Aston Villa last weekend, Sunderland sacked manager Gus Poyet and lie just one point above the relegation zone.

Advocaat could hand a start to young winger Duncan Watmore, whilst Adam Johnson could be back in contention after Sunderland lifted his suspension after allegations about his private life.
