Barcelona forward Leo Messi put in one of his strongest performances of the season, helping his side to a 1-0 Champions League victory over Manchester City, and left both James Milner and Fernadinho on their backs with brutal nutmegs.
The first victim of Messi's legendary footwork was James Milner, who came in hot and got burned with Messi bringing him to his knees.
However, no one was more impressed than Messi's former manager Pep Guardiola, who was left dumbfounded and forced to look away as Messi made an example out of Milner.
Next up was Fernandinho, who was left standing, holding up his hands, as the diminutive Argentine robbed his dignity as he strolled past the Brazilian. Fernandinho followed up one nutmeg with another, as his compatriot Neymar once again left him powerless to stop an in-form Barcelona attacker.
Messi has been praised for his incredible performance and the win over City ensures that we will see the Messi of old in this Sunday's El Clasico against Real Madrid at the Camp Nou.
