To be played on Saturday 21st March 2015 at 15:00. Venue: St. James' Park, Newcastle
Odds: Newcastle 5/1, Draw 16/5, Arsenal 4/6
Newcastle United manager John Carver is under a lot of pressure. He’s struggling to patch the team up on a weekly basis, as things heads towards the business end of the season.
Fortunately for the Magpies, they have accumulated enough points already this season to have got themselves into a pretty decent position.
The aim for the rest of the season will be to get into the top half of the table, stay there and then push for a place in the top eight.
Arsenal need a perfect run of form over the rest of the season if they are to have any hope of chasing down Chelsea at the top of the table.
The Gunners suffered defeat in the Champions League (over the two legs) against Monaco earlier this week and there will be a determination for them to respond in the right way looking ahead to this game.
Arsene Wenger can name a side well suited to exploiting the frailties and problems in the Newcastle back four and put the Magpies under a lot of pressure, as they go hunting for another three points.
