Celtic have played the Tangerines over two Scottish Cup games, in a League Cup final and face another game against them looking ahead to this weekend.
“I think that is five red cards (six) in three games so if I was a betting man, I would put money on a sending off on Saturday,” he said.
“They might be sick of the sight of us but it is all about us and we are looking forward to Saturday and three points.”
Celtic have the edge in the recent meetings between the sides with one draw and two wins from the last three games played between the clubs.
Discipline will be a worry for Ronny Deila because red cards equate to suspensions and keep his key players out of important contests.
It won’t help the club’s chances of treble success if key players are routinely unavailable, but it’s an area Deila will already be on top of.
It’s something, which works both ways. In instances over the last three games, the Bhoys have simple been sticking up for themselves rather than being aggressive and deliberately confrontational.
Hopefully the tempers will be a little calmer during the game this weekend and the superior quality that Celtic possess will tell and they’ll register another three points.
