The Hammers are currently 10th in the league table with 39 points from 29 matches and seem to be out of the running for a European finish.
Sam Allardyce’s side are going through a bad spell and have picked up just one win in 12 Premier League matches.
Noble, though, is confident that results will improve for West Ham and told The Sun: "We’re not worried about dropping down the table. There is no fear about that.
“We are still looking up ahead of us and hopefully we can have a good game against Sunderland next Saturday to get a win at home.
“We know with the performances we have had over the past eight games that we are due a win.”
Although Noble seems confident, recent results suggest that West Ham have to improve on their performances and step up.
The Hammers have not really played well in the last few weeks, although their displays against Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea were encouraging.
West Ham are struggling to score goals and are also conceding far too many than they should.
The London outfit do have some good players and a team capable of a top-10 finish, but they need to step up their game to do that.
