Upton Park

West Ham United have been preparing for the weekend clash with Sunderland at Upton Park.

West Ham United’s players were photographed being put through their paces ahead of their Premier League match against Sunderland on Saturday.

The match is a big one for both sides, with the Hammers looking to return to winning ways after eight games without a victory, and the Black Cats no doubt eager to put their 4-0 defeat to Aston Villa behind them…and impress new boss Dick Advocaat.

West Ham lost 3-0 to Arsenal last time out but they are now back in front of their own fans and manager Sam Allardyce has surely been working hard to put things right on the training pitch.

West Ham are currently 10th in the Premier League while Sunderland are 17th, just one point clear of the bottom three.

The Hammers were snapped in a picture later posted on the club’s official Twitter account, with Stewart Downing among those needing to rediscover their form from earlier this season in what could still prove to be a vital run-in.
