Forest will be looking to return to winning ways in the Championship tomorrow evening when they take on Rotherham at the City Ground.
The Nottingham-based outfit are currently ninth in the Championship table with 54 points from 37 matches, eight points behind sixth-placed Brentford.
Meanwhile, Rotherham are just a place and six points above the relegation zone, and Freedman expects Steve Evans's side to give them a run for the money.
“They’re under a little bit of pressure because they lost on Saturday, so we need to make sure we keep that on them,” the Scot told Forest’s official website.
“They’ll come out of the traps very quickly, as Steve Evans’ teams normally do, and they’ll make sure they play the ball in certain areas, squeeze the pitch as much as they can and play in our half.
“We need to make sure we put as much pressure on them as possible with our game plan. We have to ask them questions, and hopefully they can’t answer them.”
Will Nottingham Forest slip up?
Forest will head into tomorrow evening’s game as favourites, especially as they are playing at home.
The Reds played out a goalless draw with Leeds United at Elland Road at the weekend, although their performance against the Whites was not exactly great.
However, with Rotherham struggling at the wrong end of the table, Freedman and his players will certainly fancy all three points at the City Ground and maintaining their late push for a playoff spot in the Championship.
