Jose Enrique has been absent since the FA Cup tie with Bolton Wanderers in January.
Liverpool take on Swansea City this evening in the Premier League. Brendan Rodgers takes his current team back to his former club this evening hoping to continue their recent good form and continue their march toward the top four spots in the Premier League.
With that in mind they have been hard at work this weekend, trying to prepare themselves for the big fixture at the Liberty Stadium this evening.
And in the training sessions this weekend it was good to see a player who has not been present for Liverpool for quite a while in action.
Full-back Jose Enrique is the man in question.
The Spaniard is a regular in the Liverpool treatment room and has already been out with several different injuries this season.
At the moment it is a knee problem once again for the Spaniard, who had been out of action since the 24th January.
A month ago he confirmed his return to action with the Liverpool team but this is the first time he has been snapped in training since he said he was back and while not a regular starter, Brendan Rodgers will be pleased to have another option at his disposal.
