Confirmed: Chelsea v Southampton lineups - Long starts in place of Pelle

Here is how Chelsea and Southampton will line up for today's clash at Stamford Bridge...

Chelsea can tighten their grip on their grip on the Premier League title today with a win over Southampton.

Manchester City's surprise defeat at Burnley on Saturday night means that Chelsea can go eight points clear if they beat the Saints today.

It's a familiar line-up for Jose Mourinho, with Eden Hazard, Oscar and Willian behind Diego Costa, though Gary Cahill is preferred to Kurt Zouma in defence.

For Southampton, Ronald Koeman's men still harbour hopes of a top six finish, and will be hoping that a recent blip in form is behind them.

The Saints won their last game 1-0 against Crystal Palace, but a lingering concern has been the recent goal drought for striker Graziano Pelle.

The Italian has been dropped today, with Shane Long leading the line in his place, as Pelle makes do with a spot on the bench.
