The youngster first joined the Anfield outfit as an 11-year-old and has come through the ranks at different age-grade levels.
He is also an England youth international with the official Liverpool website describing their teenage star as “a committed defender, who possesses a fine positional sense out on the field.”
Brendan Rodgers has played a key role in bringing other youngsters such as Raheem Sterling and Jordon Ibe through the youth ranks to star in the Premier League.
Although Brewett’s ambitions of skippering Liverpool are a long way off just yet, he is clearly a young player that the Merseyside club rate and could well be a star to look out for in the near future.
