Former Leeds United winger Max Gradel continues to show he cares about the club.
There are former players, and then there are fan favourites, and at Leeds United it's accurate to say Max Gradel falls into the latter category.
Currently starring for Ligue 1 side Saint Etienne, Gradel still has Leeds on his mind, as he showed less than 24 hours ago by responding to the club's Instagram page.
He used his account MaxiGradel to send a brief message of encouragement simply stating: MOT, abbreviating Elland Road fan anthem Marching On Together.
Gradel, 27, signed a new contract at St Etienne last September, but told Goal.com at the start of this month he would consider a return to England if the opportunity arose in the future.
The winger left Leeds in 2011, and was part of the Ivory Coast's African Nations Cup winning team earlier this year.
With Leeds in need of players of his calibre and in his position, any ideal return would be hampered by finances.
Their trump card could be defender Sol Bamba, currently on loan there from Palermo, who told the club's official website that he spoke to Gradel before signing for Leeds.
