Emmanuel Frimpong suggests Laurent Blanc should do what Jose Mourinho did after Burnley game

Former Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong took a sly dig at Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho during last night’s Champions League clash.

Former Arsenal prospect Emmanuel Frimpong has taken to social networking site Twitter to take a dig at Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho.

The 23-year-old midfielder has suggested to Paris Saint-Germain coach Laurent Blanc to go on Sky Sports’ Goals on Sunday show and complain about the bad decisions against his team.

Frimpong made the comment during last night’s Champions League last-16 second-leg tie between Chelsea and PSG at Stamford Bridge.

It was a hugely controversial encounter which threatened to go off the boil just past the half-hour mark when PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic was sent off.

The Sweden international was shown a straight red card for what the referee deemed was a rash challenge on Chelsea midfielder Oscar, but television replays showed otherwise.

Frimpong, now at Russian Premier League outfit FC Ufa, could not resist taking a sly dig at Chelsea boss Mourinho on Twitter.

Mourinho made a guest appearance on Sky Sports’ popular show Goals on Sunday on February 22, a day after his side were held to a 1-1 draw by Burnley at home in the Premier League.

During the programme, the Portuguese complained about refereeing decisions going against his team, and Frimpong suggests that Blanc should do the same.
