Newcastle United could face a fight to hang onto three players at the end of the season.
The paper states that Moussa Sissoko (Arsenal), Daryl Janmaat (Liverpool) and Ayoze Perez (Arsenal and Manchester United) are all the subject of interest from other clubs looking ahead to the summer transfer window.
If any of the trio were to leave at the end of the season, the club’s next long term manager will have a big role reducing the impact in a key position.
However, all three leaving could leave the Magpies under pressure to repair key areas in their team ahead of the new season.
The paper claims that Newcastle are most confident of keeping Janmaat at the club, with the reported reason for Liverpool’s interest doubt that they will be able to keep Javier Manquillo at Anfield.
Any new manager coming in ahead of next season faces a difficult challenge to deal with a number of issues and the club has to try and reduce the possibility of making his job even more difficult before he’s settled in.
