One of Celtic's key men has helped warm up the club's young players ahead of their under-20 match against Hearts.
Celtic’s under-20 side have been photographed being put through their paces ahead of their match against Heart of Midlothian on Tuesday afternoon.
Celtic skipper Scott Brown was again present to warm up with the midfielders, a week after he was photographed with the club’s new signing Jaison McGrath prior to the fixture against Aberdeen.
The young Hoops lost that match 3-0, managing just one shot on target despite having 58 per cent of the ball. But they got back to winning ways a few days later, beating Ross County’s under-20 side 1-0 and enjoying a huge 70 per cent of the ball on that occasion.
Celtic’s official Twitter account posted some photographs of the warm-up as the Bhoys’ young side looked to close the gap on the current league leaders.
Stevie Frail’s side will be fully focused on getting another three points under their belt, but they will also note that a string of good performances is likely to get the attention of first-team boss Ronny Deila.
