Former Tottenham and Liverpool stars were among the famous faces to react to Angel di Maria's red card for Manchester United against Arsenal.
Manchester United record signing Angel di Maria was sent off during the club's FA Cup clash with Arsenal at Old Trafford.
The Argentine was dismissed during the second half, having already been booked in the first half, he then pushed referee Michael Oliver in the back, while trying to protest a decision against him.
He was shown a second yellow and sent down the tunnel with his side 2-1 down, during the quarter-final defeat.
His actions prompted plenty of criticism from famous faces, with former Liverpool midfielder Dietmar Hamann insistent he should have even been shown a straight red.

Referee been excellent tonight apart from not showing straight red for di Maria.— Didi Hamann (@DietmarHamann) March 9, 2015
Di Maria has been in poor form since the turn of the year, but had been showing improvements against the Gunners, providing an assist for Wayne Rooney to score for the club in the first half.
He now faces a suspension and will miss the match against Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend at Old Trafford in the Premier League.
