Swansea have already beaten both Arsenal and Manchester United at the Liberty Stadium this season.
The Swans have made the Liberty a difficult place to go with both Arsenal and Manchester United succumbing to 2-1 defeats in South Wales, and they are hoping to get one over on another side that's in the hunt for a place in next season's Champions League.
He's quoted by Wales Online, saying: "Liverpool are in very good form so we will need to show our best, but we have the chance to make it a hat-trick of big home wins and I think it’s not impossible – we have a great chance.
“Playing against the top teams is always a big test for ourselves, but I believe we definitely have a chance of winning this game.
“We have already beaten Manchester United and Arsenal at home, maybe this will be another piece of history.”
Liverpool have yet to win at the Liberty Stadium having lost once and drawn two of their three visits, which in itself shows how difficult they have found playing against the Swans.
But they will be desperate to get three points with their rivals for the top four places all playing beforehand, while Swansea will be hoping to finish at least eighth in the Premier League this term, and maybe close the gap on the teams fighting in among the European places.
If Swansea do record a victory over Liverpool, they will be the first side to overcome Brendan Rodgers's men in the Premier League in 2015, as they haven't lost since a 3-0 defeat against Manchester United in December. But as we have seen this season, a couple of the bigger names in the Premier League have come unstuck when up against Garry Monk's side.
