Arsenal legend Ian Wright has been singing the praises of Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane in The Sun.
England Under-21 international striker Kane has been in impressive form so far this season and has been one of the best players for Spurs.
The 21-year-old has scored 16 goals and created 20 chances in 24 Premier League appearances so far this campaign, while having a pass accuracy of 75% and a shot accuracy of 59%.
Two of those goals came on Saturday, when Tottenham defeated Queens Park Rangers 2-1 at Loftus Road to maintain their challenge for a top-four finish in the league.
Kane opened the scoring in the 34th minute with a header from an Andros Townsend free kick, and added to his tally midway through the second half when he turned in Ryan Mason’s through-ball.
Former Arsenal striker Wright was impressed with the youngster’s performance against QPR and made him his ‘Player of the Weekend’.
“Kane’s double means he is now the third highest goalscorer in Europe's top five leagues in 2015,” the 51-year-old wrote in The Sun. “When you consider only Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi have more, that’s some going.
“I loved the way Kane took command of the situation for his second, all but ordering Nacer Chadli out of the way when he raced away and went round Robert Green to score.”
Kane has steadily grown in confidence as the season has progressed, and his second goal is a testament to that.
As the Opta Stats table shows, the Tottenham youngster is not afraid of taking shots and trying his luck every time he gets a chance.

However, one should get carried away with Kane just yet. This is his breakthrough season and the opposition is still learning about him.
The challenge for Kane would be to maintain the high standards he has set himself next season.
