According to the Daily Mirror, Southampton are interested in signing AZ Alkmaar right back Mattias Johansson - as well as Paris Saint-Germain striker Jean-Christophe Bahebeck.
The Saints have enjoyed a superb season so far, and the midweek win over Crystal Palace has got them back on track after three games without a win.
A European challenge is still on the cards for Ronald Koeman's side, but the improved form of Liverpool and Tottenham means they could miss out on a top six place.
Regardless, Koeman will be hoping to strengthen his squad again in the summer, but right back Nathaniel Clyne may move on after his impressive performances this term.
If the England international does decide to leave the South Coast, Koeman will need a new right back - and the Daily Mirror believe it's Johansson who is on his radar.
The Swedish international, 23, has been a regular for AZ Alkmaar since his 2012 move from Kalmar - and Koeman will be familiar with him having gone up against the defender in the Eredivisie whilst manager of Feyenoord.
A recent problem for Southampton has been the struggles of striker Graziano Pelle, so adding another striker will be paramount for Koeman this summer.
The Daily Mirror believe that Paris Saint-Germain striker Bahebeck is a target having struggled to earn first-team football under Laurent Blanc.
The 21-year-old, who hit eight goals in 16 games for the French Under-20's before moving up to the Under-21's, is highly rated in France but may look to move on to play on a regular basis - and a move to Southampton could be appealing to the pacey striker, given the Saints' history of developing young players.
