Celtic fans slam Anthony Stokes after another disappointing performance

Celtic fans were critical of Anthony Stokes' performance against Dundee United today.

Celtic stumbled against Dundee United today, drawing 1-1 at Tannadice in the Scottish Cup - meaning they now have to face a replay at Celtic Park.

The game was full of incident from the first minute to the last, as Virgil van Dijk and Paul Paton both saw red inside the first 11 minutes, meaning both teams played with ten men for the majority of the match.

Dundee United went ahead through a controversial Nadir Ciftci penalty, before Celtic got their own penalty after Paul Dixon's goalline handball - which he was also sent off for.

Leigh Griffiths missed the resulting penalty, but made amends with a well placed header from a Stefan Johansen chip over the defence; but Celtic couldn't find the winner at Tannadice.

After the game, fans were looking for somebody to blame after a disappointing draw - and many were critical of forward Anthony Stokes.

The forward, who was recently linked with a move to Leeds United by the Daily Mail, has been in trouble lately for arriving late from a trip back to Ireland.

He struggled massively against Dundee United, proving to be wasteful out on the left hand side - and fans were strong in their criticism of the former Arsenal trainee.

Here are some of the reactions from Celtic fans after another disappointing showing from Stokes, who many believe will be sold in the summer.
