West Brom goalkeeper Ben Foster was far from impressed with the 'stupid scenes' at Aston Villa on Saturday afternoon.
Aston Villa beat the Baggies for the second time in the space of a week at Villa Park, this time in the FA Cup and by a more convincing 2-0 scoreline.
So delighted were Villa supporters that they invaded the pitch at their home ground before the final whistle - and then again once the 90 minutes were up.
Foster, however, urged all players and supporters to get home safely during the chaos on Twitter.
PLEASE jus get home safe everyone. Stupid scenes..— Ben Foster (@BenFoster) March 7, 2015
The West Brom goalkeeper missed out on the FA Cup tie at Aston Villa after erring during their Premier League encounter with Tim Sherwood's side on Tuesday night.
Foster was at fault for one of Villa's goals as their local rivals beat Albion 2-1.
Boaz Myhill replaced him on Saturday afternoon, faring well for the most part but receiving criticism for the way in which he was beaten at his near post by Fabian Delph for Aston Villa's first goal.
The 32-year-old was left exposed, though, by a faltering West Brom defence.
