Rangers fans react furiously on Twitter to Kenny Miller's performance v Cowdenbeath

Rangers supporters appear to have had enough of some of their current team - especially the 35-year-old striker.

Friday afternoon was such a good day for Rangers fans, as Dave King was voted onto the club's board after receiving 85 per cent of the shareholders' vote at the EGM.

A day later, however, and many supporters seem to have fallen back into a sort of football-supporting depression in the knowledge they have had to go back to watching their actual team play.

That may sound harsh - but it's certainly an accurate reflection of what plenty of Rangers fans are saying at the moment.

After Kenny McDowall's side drew 0-0 at Cowdenbeath, the Gers were slammed for their lack of ideas and creativity - and finishing third behind Hibernian is an alarming possibility at this rate.

Last week, Rangers drew 1-1 at Falkirk and, at Cowdenbeath, they couldn't even score, as McDowall's men remain behind Hibs in the Scottish Championship table. They have cut the deficit to three points and do still have two games in hand. But they certainly won't catch Hibernian by drawing every game...
