Here is how Wolverhampton Wanderers and Watford will line up for this afternoon’s fixture:

Wolves starting XI: Kuszczak, Doherty, Baath, Steerman, Hause, McDonald, Price, van La Parra, Henry, Sako, Afobe

Wolves subs: McCarey, Golbourne, Edwards, Doyle, Ebanks-Landell, Jacobs, Dicko

Watford starting XI: Gomes, Parades, Angella, Cathcart, Hoban, Guedioura, Watson, Tozser, Abdi, Deeney, Vydra

Watford subs: Bond, Munari, Layun, Forestieri, Pudil, Anya, Motta

Wolverhampton Wanderers take on Watford at Molineux this afternoon in what should be a very exciting encounter.

The hosts are currently eighth in the Championship table, four points outside the playoff places, while the Hornets are fourth, just a point behind the top-two of Middlesbrough and Bournemouth.

It is extremely tight at the top of the table right now and both sides will know the importance of three points this afternoon.

Wolves won the reverse fixture earlier in the campaign and Watford’s recent record against today’s opponents is not particularly encouraging, as they have triumphed just once in their last five attempts.

That said, it will be interesting to see how Wolves recover from their defeat to Bournemouth last week, especially with Watford having won six of their last seven matches, including their last three away games.
